Compliance Manager (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Manage the compliance roadmap and coordinate initiatives related to patient safety, quality, regulatory, and information security risks.
• Develop and improve scalable, audit-ready policies, controls, and workflows.
• Lead cross-functional compliance projects from planning through implementation.
• Work with Product, Engineering, Operations, auditors, regulators, and other external stakeholders.
• Prepare and support internal and external audits and certifications, including ISO 27001, ISO 9001, ISO 13485, BSI C5, and MDR.
• Manage compliance-related customer requests and due diligence activities.

Requirements

• Degree in Law, Business Administration, Information Security, Quality Management, Medical Technology, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in compliance, audit, project management, information security, or a similarly demanding environment.
• Hands-on experience with audits, certifications, compliance programs, or complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong analytical thinking and a structured, outcome-oriented working style.
• Ability to collaborate with technical teams and understand modern software environments, security controls, and software development processes.
• Fluency in German and English at C1 level or higher.
