What you will do
- Perform individualized patient assessments and reassessments.
- Develop, document, and monitor nutritional plans of care according to professional standards.
- Provide nutrition education and educational programs for patients and staff.
- Complete documentation and reports in accordance with established procedures.
- Develop and monitor tools that improve nutrition care for patients, staff, and the community.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics or Nutrition.
- Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) or Registered Dietitian (RD) credential, or eligibility to obtain one within six months of hire.
- Licensed Dietitian/Nutritionist (LDN) credential, or eligibility to obtain it within nine months of hire.
- Act 34 criminal background clearance, Act 33 child abuse clearance, and Act 73 FBI fingerprinting clearance.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree.
- Experience in a specialty practice.
