Senior Support Specialist SAP FICO

Location: Hybrid, with 3 office/site days per week; role locations include Brazil, Chile, and Mexico

What you will do

• Follow up and resolve SAP Finance and Controlling support cases within defined service levels.
• Coordinate FI support outsourcing across SAP and Odoo and collaborate with the SAP outsourcing partner.
• Handle complex tickets and change requests, write functional specifications, and ensure approved developments are executed.
• Perform functional and integration testing, organize regression testing, and protect the global Finance template.
• Advise key and end users, define best practices, maintain customizing documentation, and support training and post-implementation reviews.
• Contribute to SAP and Odoo upgrades, regional rollouts, template development, and system optimization.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree.
• Advanced English required.
• Deep ERP knowledge in SAP FI and/or CO, with a focus on Finance.
• Experience with GL, AP, AR, AA, automatic banking, credit management, and intercompany integration.
• In-depth knowledge of payment methods, payment files, and DMEE; integration knowledge across MM, SD, and PP.
• Availability to work from an office or site 3 days per week in Brazil, Chile, or Mexico.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Odoo and SAP ABAP.
