What you will do

• Follow up and resolve support cases in FI/CO via hirify.global support portal within SLA.
• Coordinate outsourcing for SAP and Odoo FI support and ensure OLA/KPI achievement.
• Handle complex tickets, change requests, write functional specs, and perform testing.
• Act as template keeper: protect templates, organize regression testing, identify gaps.
• Advise key/end users, update documentation, contribute to optimizations and upgrades.
• Assist regional roll-outs, post-implementation reviews, and template development.

Requirements

• 5-7 years experience and Bachelor's degree.
• Advanced English.
• Deep AP ERP knowledge in FI/CO with focus on Finance: GL/AP/AR/AA, automatic banking, credit management, intercompany integration.
• In-depth knowledge of payment methods, payment files, DMEE setup.
• Integration knowledge in MM/SD/PP.
• Odoo and SAP ABAP knowledge (asset).
