Administrator I-Logistics (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Perform physical and administrative tasks related to receiving, kitting, storing, and distributing supplies, equipment, and materials.
• Manage receiving activities for production, expense, RMA, and virtual items.
• Use multiple ERP systems to support logistics and system operations.
• Complete cycle counts, weekly bin audits, and inventory root cause analysis.
• Participate in cross-functional initiatives focused on efficiency, cost reduction, inventory reduction, inventory turns, and quality.
• Support additional projects, duties, and cross-training responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in warehousing, shipping, receiving, or distribution.
• Experience with an ERP system and Agile.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams and internal customers.
• High school diploma or equivalent experience; self-directed work style and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Must provide proof of U.S. citizenship, permanent U.S. residency, or protected-individual status under U.S. export-control regulations.
