Focus on resolving inventory discrepancies, maintaining stock accuracy, auditing transactions, and coordinating material flow for manufacturing jobs.

Location: Fontana, California, United States; onsite in a manufacturing plant

Salary: $21.61–$29.18 per hour

What you will do

  • Oversee inventory operations and lead assigned employees during the second shift.
  • Train new department personnel and support team members with technical issues.
  • Manage SKU creation, updates, edits, and activation status in the ERP system.
  • Run ERP reports to resolve open and overdue orders, pick lists, and material issues.
  • Oversee damaged material handling, department KPIs, audits, stock transfer orders, cycle counts, and pick lists.
  • Pull and stage materials, conduct physical inventory counts, reconcile discrepancies, and improve inventory procedures.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least four years of experience in inventory, shipping and receiving, logistics, or a related field.
  • Experience leading employees, prioritizing tasks, and delegating work is preferred.
  • Familiarity with cycle counting, picking and posting, and MRP/ERP systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, with strong communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to operate powered equipment, including forklifts and scissor lifts, and lift, push, or pull up to 35 pounds.
