Inventory Coordinator

Location: Fontana, California, United States; onsite at a manufacturing facility

Salary: $18.59–$25.10 USD per hour

What you will do

• Stage received materials in the correct areas and label them accurately.
• Conduct physical inventory and cycle counts, verify quantities, and document discrepancies in the ERP system.
• Pick and stage materials for manufacturing jobs using bills of materials and work orders.
• Distribute materials to production teams while verifying model numbers, quantities, and documentation.
• Identify material issues, fulfill urgent requests, and complete stock transfer orders.
• Record material movements and related transactions in the company ERP system.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience in shipping and receiving, logistics, inventory, or a related field.
• Experience with cycle counting, picking and posting, and MRP/ERP systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to operate powered equipment, including forklifts and scissor lifts, and lift, push, or pull up to 35 pounds.
