Lead Financial Analyst

What you will do

• Conduct financial and business analysis, research, forecasting, and trend analysis.
• Analyze financial reports, records, statistical data, and variances, then recommend improvements.
• Develop and maintain spreadsheets, databases, reports, graphs, and charts using computer-based systems.
• Lead and document financial analysis projects, including data gathering, calculations, findings, and ad hoc reporting.
• Present analysis and project updates to management and coordinate work across departments, divisions, affiliates, and external parties.
• Develop business policies and independently solve problems while advising management on expected outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience and education accepted in lieu of a degree.
• 7–10 years of progressive experience in accounting and/or finance.
• Experience leading projects of varying size and complexity.
• Experience with MS Excel and/or MS Access.
• Strong written and oral communication, relationship-building, business acumen, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
