Branch Experience Manager - South Parkway Branch

Location: South Parkway Branch, Huntsville, Alabama, United States; weekend work and relief coverage at other branches may be required.

What you will do

• Manage, coach, train, and evaluate branch staff performance and development.
• Guide staff in using the Sales Flow Model and maintaining knowledge of products, services, procedures, and guidelines.
• Communicate action plans, goals, corporate initiatives, secret-shop results, and training opportunities.
• Assess training comprehension, sales-flow confidence, operational efficiency, and CRM usage.
• Develop and implement branch sales goals, monitor financial performance, and maintain a positive member experience.
• Recruit future staff, represent Avadian in the community, and provide weekend or relief coverage when needed.

Requirements

• Significant financial-services and sales experience.
• At least three years of similar or related experience preferred.
• Experience working with sales goals or quota systems and meeting branch sales objectives.
• Strong written and verbal communication, decisiveness, professionalism, and a positive demeanor.
• Ability to work weekends and provide relief coverage at other branches.
• A business administration or related college degree is preferred; a high school diploma with extensive financial-institution management experience may also qualify.
