Senior Full Stack Engineer (FinTech)

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria; hybrid schedule with three days per week in the Sofia office and two days remote

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend systems using C# and SQL, with PostgreSQL.
• Build user-friendly web interfaces with Vue and support front-to-back integration through RESTful APIs.
• Optimize database performance and maintain data integrity and security.
• Troubleshoot complex issues, write maintainable code, and participate in code reviews.
• Collaborate with development teams in London and California across different time zones.
• Contribute to web and mobile applications that collect and process retail and commercial real estate data.

Requirements

• At least five years of full stack development experience and a strong portfolio of projects.
• Strong proficiency in C#, SQL, and PostgreSQL.
• Experience with Angular, React, or VueJS, and TypeScript.
• Experience developing and integrating RESTful APIs.
• Knowledge of database management, optimization, security, Git, automated testing, and code review practices.
• Current authorization to work in Bulgaria without visa sponsorship now or in the future; visa sponsorship or transfer is not available.
