Lead Full Stack Software Engineer (Java & JavaScript)

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack features using Java back-end services and JavaScript front-end interfaces.
• Take technical ownership of application performance, maintainability, and data integrity across application and database layers.
• Implement business logic and data access with Spring and Hibernate, while designing and optimizing SQL queries and database structures.
• Analyze, maintain, and evolve existing information systems while preserving compatibility where required.
• Contribute to architecture decisions involving cloud platforms and containerized environments.
• Collaborate with business analysts, engineers, and agricultural-sector stakeholders; support code reviews, knowledge sharing, testing, and technical documentation.

Requirements

• Lead-level engineering experience with at least 7 years of Java, 4 years of Spring, 4 years of Hibernate, 16 years of JavaScript, and 16 years of SQL experience.
• At least 6 months of experience analyzing, developing, and maintaining information systems in the agricultural sector.
• Mandatory AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate certification.
• Higher-education background with the required professional experience: 15 years with a master's degree, 17 years with a bachelor's degree, or 22 years with a secondary degree granting access to higher education.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher (CEFR) is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, Python, or PostgreSQL.
