Lead Full Stack Engineer (Java+JS)

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack features using Java and Spring back ends with JavaScript front ends.
• Implement business logic and data access with Spring and JPA, and optimise SQL data models and queries.
• Design, build, and maintain REST-based web services for front-end applications and integrating systems.
• Take technical ownership of performance, security, maintainability, and data integrity across application and persistence layers.
• Analyse and evolve existing information systems while preserving compatibility where required.
• Contribute to architecture, code reviews, testing, documentation, and knowledge sharing with analysts, engineers, and agricultural-domain stakeholders.

Requirements

• Lead-level engineering experience with at least 10 years of Java, 8 years of SQL, 8 years of JPA, and 7 years of Spring.
• At least 4 years of JavaScript and 4 years of REST-based web services experience.
• At least 6 months of experience analysing, developing, and maintaining information systems in the agricultural sector.
• Very good spoken and written English at CEFR B2 or higher.
• Higher education and extensive IT experience: 15–22 years depending on the education level.
