Location: Remote, Work At Home in California, United States; must be a US citizen. The role includes travel to dental offices and other work sites within an assigned territory, with 0–25% travel.

What you will do

  • Recruit prospective dental providers, manage leads, and support provider network growth and retention.
  • Negotiate, develop, renew, and maintain provider contracts, reimbursement arrangements, leasing agreements, and performance targets.
  • Build relationships with dentists and dental office staff through meetings, presentations, training, and on-site practice visits.
  • Explain participation terms, claims and administrative policies, fee schedules, network options, and reimbursement models.
  • Collaborate with sales, customer service, dental directors, and advisers to resolve provider, claims, contract, and clinical inquiries.
  • Conduct audits, analyze site-visit and network data, and support process improvements for quality programs and URAC accreditation.

Requirements

  • US citizenship is required.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 3–5 years of experience in healthcare or insurance, or professional experience presenting concepts and influencing varied audiences.
  • 3–5 years of experience as a dental office manager or dental hygienist.
  • Strong written and oral communication, time management, organizational, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of ADA/CDT codes and general dental terminology.
