Provider Network Associate (Healthcare)

Location: Remote, based in the field; candidates must reside in Alabama, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, or Virginia. Frequent travel for client meetings is required, up to 75%.

Salary: $87,188–$114,434 per year, plus benefits and annual performance bonuses.

What you will do

• Recruit and engage healthcare providers to support network adequacy, market expansion, and quality targets.
• Use demographic, geographic, specialty, healthcare-needs, and competitor data to target provider recruitment.
• Evaluate provider capabilities, workflows, staffing, access standards, and quality-of-care requirements.
• Conduct outreach by phone, email, and in-person meetings, pitch the network, and guide providers through joining.
• Document outreach and maintain provider data in a CRM system.
• Contribute to process improvements and provider experience initiatives while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of relevant experience.
• 3+ years of experience in provider healthcare recruiting and contracting.
• 1+ year of experience in provider relations, provider services, or provider recruiting.
• Experience working cross-functionally to drive growth and expansion across geographic areas.
• Residence in one of the specified U.S. states and willingness to travel up to 75% are required.

Nice to have

• Experience with CRM systems in a healthcare environment.
• Experience with credentialing functions and credentialing software.
