Demand Planner Manager (MedTech)

Location: Remote, based in the Netherlands. Regular international travel of up to 25% may be required, with flexibility to collaborate across international time zones.

What you will do

• Own monthly demand planning and forecasting for international distributor partners and direct markets.
• Consolidate market forecasts, analyse accuracy, bias, variability, purchasing patterns, and emerging trends.
• Lead monthly and quarterly demand reviews, S&OP discussions, and consensus planning across Commercial, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, Regulatory, and distributor partners.
• Align forecasts with orders, shipment plans, product availability, fulfilment expectations, revenue objectives, and supply constraints.
• Support product launches, software releases, product enhancements, discontinuations, inventory transitions, and constrained-supply allocation.
• Improve planning tools, dashboards, reporting, automation, and analytics while leading, coaching, and developing Operations Specialists.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field.
• At least six years of experience in demand planning, supply chain planning, sales operations, inventory planning, or commercial operations.
• Strong knowledge of forecasting, demand planning, inventory management, allocation, and supply chain processes.
• Advanced analytical, problem-solving, financial, commercial, communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Fluent spoken and written English required.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in an international, fast-moving environment and travel internationally independently.

Nice to have

• Experience with international markets, distributors, complex fulfilment networks, product launches, lifecycle transitions, or constrained-supply planning.
• Experience with CRM, ERP, order-management, Salesforce, or Microsoft Dynamics environments.
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing operational team members.
• Fluency in an additional European language.
