Senior Service Parts Planner

Location: Fully remote, based in Europe; listed location: York, United Kingdom. Up to 10% domestic and international travel required.

What you will do

• Manage service inventory and optimize target stock levels by maintaining planning parameters in ERP systems and service parts planning tools.
• Develop and improve standard processes, work instructions, and standard work for service parts planning and field inventory management.
• Partner with Field Service Teams to align inventory strategy with customer requirements.
• Coordinate parts movements across the global distribution network and connect supply chain and service teams.
• Monitor KPIs, investigate performance gaps, and implement countermeasures to improve results.

Requirements

• Experience working with ERP, MRP, or DRP systems.
• Expertise in inventory management and materials planning to maintain optimal stock levels and meet customer demand.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Hands-on DBS or Lean experience implementing standard work, Kanban, visual management, value stream mapping, and structured problem solving at Gemba.
• Ability to work remotely from Europe.

Nice to have

• Supply chain project management experience.
• Experience working with Oracle.
