Supply Chain Planner

Location: Rotterdam, Netherlands; hybrid model with three days per week in the Rotterdam office and two days remotely from home

What you will do

• Own end-to-end planning for an assigned product portfolio, from suppliers through customer delivery.
• Plan and execute purchasing with SAP MRP, optimizing order timing and quantities.
• Manage inventory targets, safety stocks, reorder points, working capital, and bad inventory reduction.
• Coordinate with Logistics, Operations, Customer Service, Product Management, Sales, and other Univar locations.
• Monitor service levels, resolve shortages and non-conformances, and escalate deviations promptly.
• Use Tableau reporting to track performance and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in supply planning, logistics, transport, or customer service; junior profiles are also welcome.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with SAP and strong Excel skills, or willingness to learn.
• Fluent English is required.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to work in a dynamic and ambiguous environment.
• Ability to work three days per week from the Rotterdam office.

• Additional European language skills.
