Manager of FP&A (AI)

Location: Remote; geographic eligibility is not specified.

Salary: $88,000–$118,000 base pay annually, plus potential discretionary annual bonus.

What you will do

• Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, recurring variance analysis, and long-range planning.
• Prepare management, lender, private equity sponsor, and board reporting packages with KPI analysis and performance narratives.
• Own partner compensation planning, accrual support, payout analytics, and scenario analysis.
• Develop financial models covering revenue, utilization, headcount, compensation, operating expenses, technology, cloud, AI, and scenario planning.
• Build business cases for technology, automation, cloud, AI, operating investments, and transformation initiatives.
• Improve reporting automation, planning tools, data governance, and self-service analytics across Workday, Office Connect, Adaptive, and related data sources.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Six or more years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, financial reporting, business analytics, or a related area.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, board or sponsor reporting, financial modeling, and cross-functional planning.
• Experience improving FP&A processes through automation, planning-system enhancements, dashboarding, data workflows, or AI-enabled analysis and reporting tools.
• Advanced financial modeling, analytical, planning, and executive communication skills.
