Focus on planning events, optimizing activation tools, supporting sales growth, and managing agency, supplier, and partner relationships.

What you will do
- Support trade marketing initiatives across key on-premise accounts in collaboration with Sales and Marketing.
- Develop and optimize branded equipment, bar tools, point-of-sale materials, and promotional assets.
- Provide marketing solutions that support account growth and brand visibility.
- Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
- Support the planning and execution of festivals, events, and brand activations.
- Coordinate agencies, suppliers, and external partners throughout project delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- Strong academic performance and a history of personal passions or extracurricular achievements.
- Open, solution-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and a proactive approach to important projects and new challenges.
- Fluent German or French, written and spoken, is required.
- Travel requirement: 0–10%.
