Location: Hybrid role requiring work from the New York, NY, Orlando, FL, or Los Angeles, CA office at least three days per week; frequent domestic and international travel is required. Events may require nights, weekends, and nontraditional hours.
Salary: USD 200,000–230,000 yearly, plus bonus and LTI.

What you will do
- Develop and lead a multi-year enterprise corporate events and hospitality strategy aligned with business priorities, brand positioning, and stakeholder needs.
- Direct the creative development and end-to-end delivery of corporate events, executive meetings, industry conferences, client and partner hospitality, and brand activations.
- Build, lead, and develop the events team while establishing scalable standards, operating models, and partnerships with agencies, production companies, venues, and suppliers.
- Own event budgets, forecasting, vendor negotiations, production standards, approval processes, measurement frameworks, and risk-management practices.
- Partner with Communications, Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, Ad Sales, Finance, Legal, Security, workplace and technology teams, and business leaders.
- Measure attendee experience, brand impact, commercial outcomes, and operational performance, using insights and emerging trends to improve experiences.
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressively responsible experience in corporate events, experiential marketing, hospitality, live events, or related programs, including senior leadership experience.
- Deep expertise in event strategy, creative development, live production, guest experience, hospitality, financial management, contracting, vendor negotiation, and on-site operations.
- Proven experience building and developing teams and leading agencies, production partners, vendors, and other external partners.
- Strong executive presence, communication, project-management, prioritization, problem-solving, commercial, and financial skills.
- Ability to work from the designated U.S. offices at least three days per week, travel domestically and internationally, and work nights, weekends, and variable schedules when required.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
Nice to have
- Experience in media, entertainment, sports, news, golf, hospitality, or another fast-moving consumer-facing industry.
- Experience developing client and partner hospitality around major sports, entertainment, cultural, or industry events.
- Familiarity with event technology, registration and CRM platforms, measurement frameworks, and audience insights.
