Senior Manufacturing Test Engineer (AI/HPC)

Location: On-site in Wayne, Pennsylvania, United States; candidates must reside within a reasonable commuting distance.

What you will do

• Develop functional test processes, procedures, PCB test fixtures, and fixture documentation for contract manufacturing partners.
• Support production and RMA testing, including failure analysis, troubleshooting tools, and trend evaluation.
• Lead manufacturing test activities during new product introduction and coordinate transitions from prototype to full production.
• Train contract manufacturer and internal manufacturing technical teams on test processes.
• Maintain test procedures, BOM reference items, engineering change updates, software platforms, and production release versions.
• Provide hands-on support for prototypes, assembly rework, repairs, and functional test stations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in technology-based manufacturing or test engineering.
• Experience with Bash, Linux, Python, C/C++, functional test stations, PLM systems, BOMs, AVL, and compliance attributes.
• Experience with FPGAs, programmable components, electronic troubleshooting, and high-speed protocols including I2C, SPI, USB, Ethernet, and PCIe.
• Experience using voltmeters, oscilloscopes, and logic analyzers, with knowledge of PCB assembly and SMT component rework.
• Ability to read schematics, engineering drawings, and CAD files.
