Project Manager (Water Technology)

Location: Mississauga, Canada; onsite

Salary: CAD 90,000–110,000 per year plus bonus

What you will do

• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and project documentation.
• Monitor project progress, expenses, resources, deliverables, and quality standards.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, resource managers, stakeholders, and project contributors.
• Identify project issues and risks, develop mitigation plans, and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare project status reports, budget analyses, and other stakeholder communications.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and train or mentor junior staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and practices.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data.
• Proficiency with project management tools and software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently with cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• PMP certification.
• Knowledge of market research and competitive analysis techniques.
