Senior Global Benefits Manager

Location: Any location, United States; remote-first

Salary: $124,300–$183,150 per year, depending on geographic market, qualifications, experience, and other factors.

What you will do

• Lead the global benefits strategy and long-term roadmap across multiple markets.
• Coordinate benefits administration, including eligibility, enrollments, employee inquiries, audits, reconciliations, invoices, and vendor files.
• Manage brokers, carriers, consultants, local providers, renewals, open enrollment, implementations, integrations, and program changes.
• Provide subject matter leadership for leave, absence, retirement, pension, savings, and employer-sponsored benefit programs.
• Partner with HRIS, Payroll, Finance, Legal, and People Operations on data, reporting, budgeting, cost modeling, audits, and controls.
• Build scalable governance infrastructure, documentation, operating procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives, including new-country launches and responsible use of AI.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in global benefits, People Operations, HR operations, consulting, or a related field.
• Experience administering global health and welfare, leave, retirement, and pension programs.
• Experience with self-insured health plans, including claims, utilization, cost modeling, stop-loss, renewals, vendor management, and reconciliations.
• Experience managing brokers, consultants, carriers, vendors, and stakeholders across operations, renewals, implementations, and escalations.
• Strong knowledge of benefits data, eligibility, payroll coordination, reconciliations, audits, controls, and process improvement.
• Strong judgment, analytical, communication, and prioritization skills in a global organization.

Nice to have

• Experience in a high-growth technology, financial services, insurance, or regulated environment.
• Experience with global benefits governance, benchmarking, harmonization, or program design.
• Experience with multi-country leave, pension, retirement savings, statutory benefits, mergers and acquisitions, new-country launches, HRIS, or payroll implementations.
• Familiarity with global HRIS, benefits administration, leave management, retirement administration, reporting, or case-management platforms.
• Experience supporting distributed or remote-first workforces.
