What you will do
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for leadership, technical white-collar, and operational blue-collar roles.
- Align local recruitment workflows, ATS management, structured interviewing, and employer branding with global European standards.
- Source passive white-collar talent through professional networks and build local hiring channels for blue-collar roles in Mojokerto and Greater Surabaya.
- Train hiring managers and talent acquisition colleagues in fair, objective, and compliant interviewing.
- Manage the candidate journey from initial contact through contract extension and support onboarding.
- Track time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, channel conversion rates, and other recruitment metrics for local and global leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 8+ years of end-to-end talent acquisition experience in corporate in-house settings.
- Demonstrated success sourcing, interviewing, and closing Head-level and C-suite candidates in Indonesia.
- Experience working in matrix organizations with European or global stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with modern Applicant Tracking Systems such as Personio, Greenhouse, or Workable.
- Full professional fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, written and spoken, is required.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of the East Java talent market, including Mojokerto, Surabaya, Sidoarjo, and Pasuruan.
- Knowledge of local labor regulations.
- Experience delivering structured interview workshops to line managers.
- Recruitment experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
