What you will do

• Source candidates through multiple channels and recommend new sourcing approaches.
• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain a continuous flow of qualified applicants.
• Shortlist candidates and identify strong talent for current and potential company needs.
• Conduct culture-fit interviews and assess candidates’ skills, motivation, and fit.
• Track hiring activity, prepare reports for hiring managers, and participate in HR projects.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience managing end-to-end recruitment for technology roles such as engineering, data, or product.
• Experience handling complex searches in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Strong interviewing, communication, time-management, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage a high volume of applications and interviews daily.
• Proactive, ambitious, persistent, and comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change.

Nice to have

• Recruiting knowledge in e-commerce, marketplaces, software houses, or financial technology companies.
