Project Control Assistant (Aerospace)

Location: Onsite in Noordwijk, the Netherlands

What you will do

• Support procurement and project control activities across European Space Agency programmes.
• Implement and manage procurement actions, contracts, and financial documentation in ESA systems.
• Monitor workflows, approvals, procurement performance indicators, milestones, and contract close-outs.
• Maintain procurement, geo-return, planning, manpower, and budget data.
• Prepare reports, KPIs, financial analyses, and governance documentation for programme management.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and contribute to process and tool improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in project support, administration, procurement, finance, or a similar role.
• Strong organisational, analytical, autonomous working, and teamwork skills.
• Solution-oriented and customer-focused communication approach in an international, multicultural environment.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, is required.
