Principal Scrum Master - Lufthansa Digital Lab

What you will do

• Serve as Scrum Master for a UI-focused development team.
• Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement.
• Coach self-organising teams, remove impediments, and improve delivery effectiveness.
• Partner with Product Owners on backlog management, prioritisation, transparency, predictability, and sustainable delivery.
• Coordinate dependencies, risks, and delivery activities with Lufthansa Group stakeholders and Release Train Engineers.
• Support Program Increment planning, Agile transformation initiatives, and communities of practice.

Requirements

• Experience as a Scrum Master in Agile software development environments.
• Experience supporting cross-functional teams and complex initiatives.
• Experience with SAFe or an equivalent scaled Agile framework.
• Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, communication, coaching, and servant leadership skills.
• Ability to manage dependencies, risks, and coordination across multiple teams and organisations.
• Fluent English required.

Nice to have

• Experience with UI development environments using Angular and CSS.
• Familiarity with Playwright, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and REST APIs.
