Vice President, Service Delivery (Healthcare Operations)

Location: Remote - United States

Salary: $145,600–$156,500 USD annually

What you will do

• Lead regional service delivery operations across multiple markets, sites, managers, supervisors, and frontline teams.
• Own performance against TAT, OTD, quality, productivity, staffing, SLA, and cost targets.
• Implement standardized workflows and compliance requirements across assigned sites.
• Partner with Workforce Management, the Network Operations Center, Training, Implementation, Product, Compliance, and Account Management.
• Lead continuous improvement, transformation, standardization, automation, and technology-enablement initiatives.
• Manage regional budgets, financial performance, customer service escalations, hiring, coaching, development, and employee performance.

Requirements

• Significant experience leading multi-site healthcare or large-scale operations teams.
• Strong leadership skills with experience developing managers and other leaders.
• Fluency in operational KPIs and data-driven decision-making.
• Experience with compliance-driven, standardized workflows and scaling processes across diverse teams.
• Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional partners.
• Must be able to work remotely from the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience in HIM, ROI, or similar regulated operational environments.
• Experience leading transformation or standardization programs.
• Lean or Six Sigma background.
