Senior Product Manager (Identity)

Location: Remote in the United States; not eligible for hiring in California, Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, or Washington. Occasional travel may be required for project or team meetings.

Salary: $128,560–$188,900 annually, depending on location, level, and experience. Equity and bonus plan eligibility may also apply.

What you will do

• Design and scale identity products supporting authentication, authorization, human identity, and agentic or non-human identity use cases.
• Set product direction, translate customer needs into capabilities, and build the delivery roadmap.
• Partner with product, engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to deliver customer-facing features.
• Author PRFAQs and product requirements while maintaining deep ownership of the product area.
• Break down ambiguous technical problems, make pragmatic tradeoffs, and create developer experiences that customers value.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, or 2+ years in product management and 3+ years in an engineering role.
• Experience building deeply technical products and/or products for developers.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong technical, analytical, and UI/UX design understanding.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be eligible to work remotely in the United States, excluding the listed states.

Nice to have

• Experience in identity and access management.
• Experience building developer tools or SDKs.
• Hands-on builder experience through professional work or personal projects.
