IT Logistics Operations Agent

What you will do

• Receive, review, register, assign, and track IT logistics requests in ServiceNow HAM throughout their lifecycle.
• Translate approved requests into equipment preparation, delivery, collection, return, relocation, swaps, and other asset movements.
• Maintain administrative records and ensure consistency between physical assets, ServiceNow HAM, and ABAC Assets Forms.
• Coordinate execution with warehouse and logistics operators, distribution teams, field technicians, and support teams.
• Monitor open requests, follow up on pending actions, identify blockers, and escalate discrepancies.
• Support inventory checks, reconciliations, audits, and basic operational reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in IT logistics, asset administration, stock coordination, service operations, or a comparable function.
• Very good English and French, minimum B2 level.
• Good understanding of IT equipment logistics and asset lifecycle processes, with working knowledge of ServiceNow.
• Very good command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail, data quality, traceability, procedure compliance, and operational organisation.
• Ability to analyse requests, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate with operational and technical teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with ABAC Assets Forms or European Commission asset-management processes.
• Experience in an EU institution or another large, structured organisation.
• ITIL Foundation certification.
• Knowledge of an additional EU language.
• Experience with operational reporting, inventory reconciliation, asset audits, or Hardware Asset Management.
