AI Forward Deployed Engineer (GenAI)

Location: Preferred location: Stockholm, Sweden. Travel to customers once every 4–8 weeks may be required.

What you will do

• Develop cutting-edge generative AI solutions using the latest AI research techniques.
• Build and own production rollouts of consumer-facing and internal GenAI applications.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor for customers across multiple domains.
• Present technical work at conferences and contribute to internal and external thought leadership.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and developer relations teams to shape product priorities and the roadmap.

Requirements

• Experience building GenAI applications, including RAG, multi-agent systems, Text2SQL, and fine-tuning, using tools such as HuggingFace, LangChain, and DSPy.
• Expertise deploying production-grade GenAI applications, including evaluation and optimization.
• Extensive hands-on industry data science experience with pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch, and related tools.
• Experience building production-grade machine learning deployments on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Graduate degree in computer science, engineering, statistics, operations research, or another quantitative discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to communicate and teach technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience with the Databricks Intelligence Platform and Apache Spark for processing large-scale distributed datasets.
