Operations Manager - Insurance - Midland (Insurance)

What you will do

• Execute operating plans and communicate strategic direction across insurance operations.
• Manage supervisors and individual contributors while driving business results.
• Resolve escalations, exceptions, transactions, and customer or third-party issues.
• Coach and develop employees, lead staff meetings, and translate strategy into tactical plans.
• Improve processes, develop or approve standard operating procedures, and recommend policy changes.
• Monitor transaction quality, compliance, risk mitigation, business resiliency, and procedural accuracy.

Requirements

• Typically 5+ years of related experience and at least 2 years of previous supervisory experience.
• Managerial, servicing, and insurance experience.
• Experience with quality control, escalations, problem solving, and critical thinking.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage operational functions.
• No employment visa sponsorship or STEM OPT participation is provided.
• No degree, certification, or license is required; comparable education, certification, and experience may be considered.
