What you will do

• Process new account applications, account changes, and client service requests within designated timeframes.
• Communicate with financial advisors and clients by phone and email to resolve incomplete or incorrect applications and requests.
• Enter client personal and suitability information accurately into the firm’s books and records system.
• Facilitate required regulatory mailings and support the firm’s regulatory obligations.
• Provide customer service through written correspondence, email, phone, internet, and fax.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of direct experience with a broker-dealer, RIA, or insurance organization.
• Ability to learn and use internal and third-party systems.
• Exceptional customer experience skills and the ability to handle interactions with confidence and tact.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Must become a non-registered fingerprint person of Brokers Financial.

Nice to have

• Financial industry experience.
• FINRA Series 6 or Series 7 license.
