Field Talent Advisor

Location: Home Office/Remote, New York; supports Metro NYC, Long Island, and greater New York club locations

Salary: $103,000–$160,000 per year

What you will do

• Advise Regional Directors and field managers on succession planning, leader and team member development, performance management, talent planning, and rewards.
• Design and implement change management plans for organizational initiatives.
• Analyze club and regional financial, HR, and talent metrics to improve performance, retention, and bench strength.
• Develop and implement talent management and development actions aligned with business priorities.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects with Centers of Excellence and business partners.
• Communicate and educate team members on policies, procedures, and compliance.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of human resources or talent management experience supporting field retail leaders at the Director level.
• Experience with talent management, employee and manager coaching, HR program and process implementation, learning and development, compensation and recognition, and employee engagement.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, analytical, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
• Ability to manage ambiguity, work independently, handle confidential information, and manage multiple priorities in a matrixed environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to support greater New York field club locations is required for the role.
