Senior Group Purchasing Process Specialist (Strategic Procurement)

What you will do

• Develop and implement purchasing strategies for global and local projects.
• Lead process transformation initiatives, including objectives, deliverables, timelines, change management, communication plans, and end-user training.
• Monitor and continuously improve purchasing processes and associated tools.
• Analyze costs and savings, track project budgets, and support cost-effective delivery.
• Research markets, identify potential suppliers, and evaluate supplier capabilities.
• Coordinate suppliers and internal stakeholders, provide status updates, maintain procurement records, and support Purchasing Team KPIs.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a global, multinational, strategic procurement environment.
• Process-oriented approach and ability to work with independent entities in a global company.
• Excellent written and spoken English required.
• Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, customer service, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with changing or uncertain requirements and meet tight deadlines with limited resources.
