LCV EUCOM Poland: Scheduling/Planning Specialist

Location: Poznan, Poland

Company

Provides full-service logistics support to government forces deployed around the world through the LOGCAP program.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain detailed schedules for project milestones and job progress.
• Coordinate with procurement and materials management to identify and secure critical supplies.
• Align schedules with engineering requirements, design activities, and resource availability.
• Set and communicate project priorities to support on-time execution.
• Analyze schedules to support forecasting, disbursement planning, and delay mitigation.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of scheduling and planning processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or four additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• At least two years of experience in scheduling, planning, or project controls.
• Proficiency with scheduling tools such as MS Project or Primavera P6.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Valid passport with at least 12 months of validity and six blank pages.
• Must meet visa and work permit requirements for Poland, the country of assignment.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting U.S. Federal Government contracts, especially LOGCAP or similar programs.
• Knowledge of Department of Defense or federal acquisition and logistics processes.
