Program Coordinator I (Education): Managing daily administration, technical support, training, and continuous enhancement of the Aggie Educators Portal with an accent on external partner support, certification office administration, and student test-preparation services. Focus on troubleshooting portal issues, maintaining user documentation, coordinating testing interventions, and supporting graduate program candidate records.

Location: College Station, Texas, United States; onsite role

Salary: Commensurate with the selected hire’s experience.

What you will do

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for external partners using the Aggie Educators Portal.
  • Design and deliver virtual, in-person, and onsite portal training for partner organizations.
  • Maintain user manuals, FAQs, and other partner-facing product documentation.
  • Monitor portal usage, communicate platform updates, and support adoption and engagement.
  • Manage certification office inquiries, test-preparation access requests, and testing intervention processes.
  • Support graduate program candidates with assignment uploads, field experience completion, and admissions activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Two years of experience in education or a related field.
  • Working knowledge of hardware, software applications, data entry, and virtual meeting platforms.
  • Strong written and spoken communication, organization, attention to detail, and ability to explain technical issues to nontechnical users.
  • Working knowledge of the Texas Administrative Code.
  • Availability to work beyond normal office hours or on weekends; travel may be required.

Nice to have

  • Five years of related customer support experience.
  • Experience gathering and maintaining data within robust data ecosystems.
  • Experience administering Zoom, Google Meet, Webex, or similar platforms.
