Location: Canyon, Texas, United States; onsite role with travel, evening, and weekend work as required

What you will do
- Launch, lead, implement, and evaluate a pathways advising and student success initiative.
- Develop strategic plans, operational procedures, grant deliverables, performance measures, and sustainability activities.
- Supervise, train, evaluate, and support pathways advising and student success personnel.
- Build partnerships with school districts, higher education institutions, workforce organizations, employers, and community stakeholders.
- Direct student navigation, transition support, career readiness, workforce pathway, and work-based learning activities.
- Manage program data, reporting, budgets, expenditures, grant compliance, and resource development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ten years of related experience in program management, education, workforce development, student success, community engagement, or a related field.
- Strong communication, leadership, supervision, organization, project coordination, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to analyze data, compile reports, and present information to virtual and in-person groups.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently in complex organizational and community-based environments.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States at hire and maintain work authorization throughout employment; visa sponsorship is not available.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree or a bachelor’s degree in education, communications, or behavioral health.
- Experience with K–12 or postsecondary education systems and rural or under-resourced communities.
- Experience with pathway development, student support, workforce alignment, persistence, transition programs, or grant-funded initiatives.
- Experience with cross-sector partnerships and complex organizational structures.
- Knowledge of Salesforce CRM or similar systems; bilingual skills.
