Senior Business Systems Analyst (Finance)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end process improvement and automation initiatives to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
• Serve as a technical leader and mentor for Business Systems Analysts.
• Partner with Finance stakeholders to define business needs and deliver reporting, workflow, and system enhancements.
• Review solution designs, requirements, documentation, and testing results.
• Analyze complex business and system challenges, identify root causes, and deliver effective solutions with minimal operational disruption.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Technical Analyst, or in a related role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SQL.
• Experience with programming languages and automation tools such as VBA and Python.
• Experience supporting technology or business improvement projects.
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
