Focus on leading transformation programmes, designing actionable requirements and operating models, securing stakeholder adoption, and measuring sustainable improvements across complex organisations.
Location: Hybrid, with office attendance 2–3 days per week and at least 8 days per month; London/Newbury, United Kingdom

What you will do
- Lead the transformation of end-to-end delivery and investment processes across the enterprise.
- Drive faster, more efficient delivery from idea through implementation.
- Create business cases, process maps, journey designs, wireframes, and clear requirements.
- Identify opportunities for simplification, standardisation, digitisation, automation, and AI adoption.
- Lead transformation programmes using established project management methodologies.
- Build stakeholder engagement, embed new ways of working, and measure business impact and return on investment.
Requirements
- Experience leading large-scale business transformation, delivery transformation, or process improvement initiatives in complex organisations.
- Strong expertise in service design, process design, process mapping, and operational excellence.
- Ability to facilitate workshops, solve complex business challenges, and develop data-driven solutions.
- Ability to translate ideas into user stories, process flows, journey maps, wireframes, and actionable requirements.
- Strong stakeholder communication, influencing, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Knowledge of business architecture, user-centred design, and change management; Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, Target Operating Model, or organisational design experience is beneficial.
