Senior Claims Adjuster - Casualty Coverage and Mass Tort

Location: Atlanta, Georgia, United States; primarily in the office

What you will do

• Evaluate coverage for sophisticated insurance products and complex casualty claims.
• Hire and manage counsel supporting coverage evaluation and defense of insureds.
• Assess damages and financial impact with support from outside experts.
• Formulate claim-resolution strategies and negotiate with insureds and third parties.
• Advise claims, underwriting, and business leaders on exposures, emerging risks, and potential product enhancements.

Requirements

• 4+ years of legal, insurance, construction defect, or environmental experience preferred.
• Ability to handle complex claims involving diverse coverage issues related to general liability and environmental policies.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, negotiation, and investigation skills.
