What you will do

• Produce and present weather reports across all platforms.
• Write and deliver clear, concise weather stories and daily local forecast web content.
• Respond to breaking and severe weather events and coordinate comprehensive weather coverage.
• Ensure weather content meets journalistic integrity and production quality standards.
• Guide, coach, and collaborate with the weather team.
• Engage viewers through social media, public appearances, and other promotional activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Meteorology or a related field, or equivalent education and work experience.
• Fluency in English and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• At least five years of weather reporting or anchoring experience, depending on market size.
• Strong meteorology knowledge, a proven forecasting record, and superior on-air presence.
• Experience guiding, directing, motivating, coaching, or mentoring others.
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record, computer proficiency, and flexibility to work any shift.
