Sales Manager (New Home Sales)

Location: Farmers Branch, Texas, United States; onsite work with weekly visits to assigned communities and construction sites.

What you will do

• Direct a team of new home salespeople toward sales, closing, and customer experience goals.
• Recruit, train, and staff New Home Counselors for assigned communities.
• Visit assigned communities weekly to coach, train, and guide the sales team.
• Analyze community competitors and develop strategies for consistent sales performance.
• Provide purpose, motivation, and productive feedback to the team.

Requirements

• Successful experience in new home sales.
• Demonstrated experience leading a team.
• Ability to inspire and develop sales teams through coaching and feedback.
• Strong verbal, written, organizational, and judgment skills.
• Ability to manage change.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel; Microsoft Office and CRM experience are preferred.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and CRM software.
