Digital Advertising Sales Manager (AdTech)

What you will do

• Drive net-new business growth by building and managing a book of HoldCo and independent agency accounts.
• Identify and close new revenue opportunities within the mid-market media agency sector.
• Partner with client success, ad ops, and product teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
• Educate clients on the value of programmatic offerings including CTV, display, video, and native formats.
• Deliver tailored sales presentations and maintain accurate pipeline forecasting in CRM tools.

Requirements

• Must have US work authorization.
• Proven experience in digital, mobile, or video advertising sales with a track record of driving net-new revenue.
• Strong understanding of the programmatic landscape and mobile advertising market.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Commercially driven and entrepreneurial approach to sales.

Nice to have

• Established relationships with HoldCo agencies in the Southeast.
• Experience selling outcomes-based or AI-driven advertising solutions.
