What you will do

• Lead semiconductor integration architectures and strategies for quantum computing platforms.
• Define and execute integrated process flows, module interactions, process windows, checkpoints, and technical success criteria.
• Develop technology roadmaps addressing scalability, manufacturability, qualification, performance, reliability, yield, cost, and integration risks.
• Drive optimization using design of experiments, statistical analysis, yield learning, predictive models, and technology learning cycles.
• Coordinate with device engineering, process development, manufacturing, modeling, design enablement, packaging, reliability, and external partners.
• Lead root-cause investigations, corrective actions, partner engagements, and development programs transitioning quantum concepts into manufacturing.

Requirements

• Associate's degree, BS, MS, or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 15+ years of semiconductor process integration, technology development, or advanced manufacturing experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in semiconductor integration, process development, or technology commercialization.
• Experience leading cross-functional technical programs or major development initiatives.
• Strong analytical, experimental design, problem-solving, and technical communication skills.
• Ability to mentor engineers and communicate complex technical concepts to engineering and leadership audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience with advanced semiconductor integration, BEOL technologies, photonics integration, advanced packaging, or heterogeneous integration.
• Knowledge of quantum hardware architectures, ion trapping, photonic systems, or cryogenic electronics.
• Experience with government, commercial, or academic R&D partnerships and joint development programs.
• Familiarity with MES systems and foundry processing.
• Experience transitioning emerging technologies from research into development or manufacturing environments.
