UI & Visual Designer

Location: Work from home 100% of the time, or work from one of the global offices

What you will do

• Extend approved design directions across complete products, including all screens, states, breakpoints, and edge cases.
• Produce high-fidelity UI at scale while maintaining consistency, hierarchy, and visual quality.
• Build and maintain design systems with components, variants, tokens, and documentation.
• Design empty, error, loading, permission, and responsive states, as well as prototypes, micro-interactions, and motion.
• Organize Figma files for efficient use by engineers and designers.
• Partner with developers during implementation and identify where design directions break down in production.

Requirements

• 4+ years of production UI design experience for web, mobile, or both.
• Exceptional visual portfolio required, demonstrating strong typography, layout, hierarchy, colour, spacing, and consistency across many screens.
• Expert-level Figma skills, including auto-layout, components, variants, variables, and library management.
• Experience maintaining design systems and strong knowledge of responsive and state design.
• Experience with Material Design, Human Interface Guidelines, and WCAG accessibility standards.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Motion design experience with After Effects, Rive, or advanced Figma prototyping.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Illustration or iconography experience.
• Gaming or casino UI experience.
