Business Analytics Senior Manager (Tableau)

Location: Tempe, Arizona, United States; hybrid

Salary: $130,900–$218,100 annually, depending on experience and geographic location; eligible for an annual bonus plan.

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop BI developers, data analysts, and analytics engineers.
• Translate business objectives into analytics delivery roadmaps and oversee delivery outcomes, quality, and standards.
• Direct the development of Tableau dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions.
• Guide scalable data models, KPIs, data quality practices, documentation, and testing.
• Provide technical direction across SQL, Python, PowerShell, ETL, and enterprise data platforms.
• Partner with business leaders and communicate executive-ready insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience solving business problems through analytics.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience with accountability for results.
• Strong SQL proficiency and working knowledge of Python and PowerShell.
• Extensive experience with BI tools, including Tableau, and strong understanding of BI architecture, ETL, and analytics engineering.
• Experience with SAP, Salesforce, and Cisco; Workday experience is desired.
• Strong executive-level communication and the ability to influence across complex, matrixed organizations.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Analytics or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience leading analytics teams in operational or enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with statistical or advanced analytical techniques.
• Experience with analytics prioritization and capacity planning.
• Recognized analytics or BI subject matter expertise.
