Health Guide (Healthcare)

Location: Denver, Colorado; five days onsite at the Denver Tech Center office

Salary: $19.00–$23.00 per hour

What you will do

• Provide healthcare navigation and concierge support by phone, chat, text, and email.
• Source high-quality care providers based on member needs and preferences.
• Answer benefits questions and explain deductibles, coinsurance, out-of-pocket maximums, and other financial responsibilities.
• Support members with healthcare billing questions and issue resolution.
• Coordinate care by scheduling appointments and arranging ancillary support services.

Requirements

• Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Customer-centric approach and a high degree of empathy.
• Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort with continuous process improvement and organizational change.
• Computer literacy.
• College degree preferred.
