What you will do

• Edit high-quality video content for social and digital channels.
• Create videos for product launches, campaigns, events, interviews, and the wider Aave ecosystem.
• Turn raw footage and creative concepts into engaging edits with strong hooks, pacing, sound, and storytelling.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Design, and other teams to bring creative concepts to life.
• Adapt formats for different platforms, audiences, and performance goals.
• Help evolve Aave’s video style while maintaining a high creative standard.

Requirements

• Portfolio demonstrating high-quality video editing and storytelling.
• Experience creating content for social and digital channels.
• Strong proficiency in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or an equivalent tool.
• Understanding of pacing, hooks, retention, sound, visual storytelling, social platforms, and internet culture.
• Ability to work quickly across multiple projects in a fast-moving environment.
• Interest in crypto, DeFi, and the Aave ecosystem.
