Location: On-site at the American Fork, Utah office, United States. Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; travel and on-site production support may be required.

What you will do

• Create advertising creative, brand stories, product-launch content, and assets for company events and live productions.
• Establish post-production workflows, render settings, and media asset-management standards.
• Define how hirify.global products appear on camera, audit visual assets, and build reusable media toolkits.
• Restore degraded audio, refine pacing for technical content, and resolve cross-platform encoding issues.
• Make decisions on visual style and pacing while managing timelines and preventing excessive revision cycles.
• Support live events, including executive keynotes and the annual S3 event, with on-site production and travel as needed.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional video-editing experience, preferably in commercial, brand, or advertising content; an exceptional reel may offset years of experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve, with working knowledge of After Effects, color grading, and audio mixing.
• A professional reel demonstrating completed work.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent deliverables under tight, executive-facing deadlines.
• Experience with sound design, audio mixing, live-production assets, and AI-assisted editing tools or workflow automation.
• Must work on-site in American Fork, Utah, and be authorized to work in the U.S.
