Dynamics NAV / D365 Business Central Consultant (Microsoft Dynamics)

Location: Houston, Texas, United States; candidates must be based in the US. Home-based role with occasional travel to company or client locations.

Salary: $100,000–$120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.

What you will do

• Own, support, and optimize the Dynamics NAV / D365 Business Central environment.
• Work with finance, operations, manufacturing, supply chain, and other stakeholders to identify requirements and improve processes.
• Support full-lifecycle implementations, upgrades, and system enhancements.
• Provide functional consultancy across Business Central and Dynamics NAV.
• Translate business requirements into effective Dynamics solutions.
• Improve ERP functionality, reporting, workflows, and overall system efficiency while coordinating with Microsoft partners when required.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
• At least 3 years of experience with Dynamics NAV / D365 Business Central.
• Strong experience across NAV 2009 through Dynamics NAV and Business Central.
• Strong functional consultancy and business process experience.
• Experience in manufacturing, construction, distribution, supply chain, or production environments.
• Understanding of ERP processes across finance, purchasing, inventory, sales, and operations, with the ability to translate stakeholder requirements into Dynamics solutions.
